Not a high quality piece but okay for decoration I purchased this lantern to match a nearly-identical lantern we received as a wedding gift from Pottery Barn (but at less than half the cost). If you are looking to match this lantern with a PB lantern, know that the colors are not identical – this lantern is black and the PB lantern is brown. Also, the PB lantern is MUCH higher quality – this lantern came with a slight crack in one of the glass pieces, and the latched door does not hang properly. The measurements on the product page appear to be accurate, but I may have been judging more by the picture, which would be my mistake. I certainly wouldn’t want to carry it through the woods on one of my little night-hikes for its size, which is a shame because I bought it because the ventilation at the top is less than the one I have and I was looking for something with less risk that a gust of wind would blow-in and extinguish…
